I Trained for my CDL with RKTA and I couldn’t thank Clarissa enough for the amount of patience she’s had with me. She has lots of knowledge on the industry, I also took her Dispatch class and it was very informative. Even if you don’t plan on being a dispatcher, this class will help you as a business owner/operator . Towards the ending of my CDL training she brought in Mr. Mike and he is also a great trainer as well, very calm and haves decades of experience. Take the class with RKTA I promise you won’t regret it!
Clarissa is absolutely amazing!!!!!! Came in to learn about dispatching and I knew nothing about the backend, and when I say She BROKE EVERYTHING DOWN so that everyone individually understood, that’s what I mean. If you were hesitant about taking this course, this is your sign to take it! I’m grateful that she didn’t find it robbery to take a little more time on those who don’t understand as fast as others! Amazing experience. Well staffed and the owner is passionate about trucking. The school will have you covered and knowledgeable in the business of moving freight. Everything from trip planning to OTR. You will also learn the pre trip in no time. If you are thinking about getting your CDL’s this is the place. Huge shout out to The Academy and Thanks to Clarissa because I am now equipped with my CDL.
I took the dispatching class today and it was very helpful and informative on how to book loads, how to build a dialogue Freight brokers, and how to create a professional relationship to be able to obtain contracts for the carriers that I’ll be working with. Clarissa goes out of her way to make sure you get everything you need before you leave her class. It was well worth it and I’m so glad I took it.
Very professional, Fast and easy process. I recommend everyone to go there!!! Got done with my training only took me about 2 to 3 hours to do out my day. Passed and they got right on it to send everything I needed to the dmv so now I’m hazmat certified thanks to Road Knowledge training Academy!!!! Thanks will send more people your way!!
